Instead of indulging in mere speculation, devote yourself here and now to the search for the Truth that is ever within you. – Ramana Maharshi

A spiritual teacher, guide, or guru cannot take you all the way to Enlightenment, Spiritual Awakening, the Absolute, Truth, Reality, the Self, God, Oneness, Satori, Nirvana, or whatever you call the place that is our true Home. A guide can, however, point out roadblocks, offer inspiration, and share what worked for them. This is an individual and personal journey, Nobody will give us anything, because we have everything we might need during this earthly time. A spiritual guide could support the path by helping and suggesting how to remove the obstacles, the layers of rubbish which covers our inner pure essence. giving us the tools to find our Real Self.
Let's keep in mind that the spiritual search is that our true nature is the simplest thing to find, it is always present, is right under our noses, and we simply need to see.
My humble tribute to Thich Nhat Hanh who passed on Jan 22nd, for all the peace, he brought to the world, his meditation teachings, his legacy is a treasure for us to keep.
My personal journey through Mindfulness started by following him, watching his videos, listening to his soft, calm voice. If you did not yet, my suggestion is to start... he is and always will be in our hearts.
With all my gratitude... please, enjoy his poem....
"The moment I die,
I will try to come back to you as quickly as possible.
I promise it will not take long.
Isn’t it true? I am already with you as I die each moment?
I come back to you in every moment.
Just look, feel my presence.
If you want to cry, please cry.
And Know that I will cry with you.
The tears you shed will heal us both.
Your tears are mine.
The earth I tread this morning transcends history.
Spring and Winter are both present in the moment.
The young leaf and the dead leaf are really one.
My feet touch deathlessness,
And my feet are yours. Walk with me now.
Let us enter the dimension of oneness
And see the cherry tree blossom in Winter.
Why should we talk about death ?
I don't need to die to be back with you"
